Sorry for all the asking for help, guys, but when Google fails, it's off to the halomaps forums! Two questions...how do I make a custom flying vehicle and how do I put water in my map? Thank you all for your help and patience

I have WinRAR I think...but I can open zip files with some application. But anyway, I don't need the water tutorial, I figured it out because I'm smart that way xD
