i wanted to make a funny billboard pic but it says u must have it as a bitmap file already

compile teh 8bit tiff that is a similar ratio as 128:128 or any variation(say 1024x256, so on) make sure u got the texture named,as it is in max with the materials, and compile. best to do it as a texture on the billboard model and compile as scenery. if u don't know how look at the tutorials

he means the tif image size has to be the power of 2. 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2028 etc. it can be named anything as long as its linked to the proper shader (which can be renamed and linked to the gbx model to if desired).
