Do you mean laggy or just walking really slow?
Laggy: i'd get rid of some of the ai
Walking: do soemthing like open the actor variant tag in guerilla and edit the speed

...

am i right?

They're walking because you're using moving - randomly, which initially sets them to a more relaxed, guard position. If you want them to run, use a command list. If you want EFFECTIVELY WORKING AI, DON'T USE EITHER MOVE POSITIONS OR COMMAND LISTS. Use firing positions, have the initial and return state set to guarding at guard position.

Initial to moving randomly, return to guarding at guard position. The return state is once the AI is alerted by the player, and has engaged in combat. You don't want them patrolling like idiots if they're under fire.
