I seem to be running into this error a lot. Whenever I try to animate the pelican (I always get it as close to the 0,0,0 mark as possible,) I can get it to compile just fine, but when I test it ingame, it always shows up outside of the map, and not where I spawned the pelican. I figured the animation would start somewhere and since the animation stops almost at the 0,0,0 mark (in 3ds) it would stop at the spawn point. Apparently I'm wrong. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure the node list checksums of both the .gbxmodel and the animation file are the same. If they aren't copy the one from the gbxmodel into the animation. You'll have to use korman for that though.
