If you have Halo CE 1.09 flycam won't work, but you can download the version changer (search for it) and change to 1.07 (it didn't work in 1.08 either).

With devmode press ~ and type in cheat_teleport_to_camera 1 you must have the camera in a location other than where your body is and once you hit Enter you should see your body appear and drop to the spot and I also believe you can teleport with a vehicle you're sitting in.

You could download any of them.
Oooor you could just make a shortcut of HaloCe.exe go to properties Add these after the " -console -dev So it should look like this C:\Game Directory Here\HaloCE" -console -dev then you should have devmode but with this, you cant go online |
