he means the "Vehicle in a Can" - internal tags are called spawnnade. And, the vehicle in a can is a great idea, if you use a vehicle spawn point in a portal separate from the playable area, otherwise server/map framerates will take a serious dive when they respawn.
Some of the tag references were to an h2_grenadeexplosion effect, just remove the effect, and re-place it in sapien. The tags work, albeit at a very high cost to framerates.
If you want more than the standard # of vehicles limited by the globals, I suggest a script, not a "forced" spawn.
in your halo ce directory, there is a file called debug.txt, open it, scroll to the bottom, there will be a message from tool telling you the reason why the compile failed, you may have more than just this "spawnnade" as a reason for failing to compile. i was always thinking about the Vehicle in a can and how it lags cause it respwans the vehicle. What if it has a Stand by timer? like if its left alone for 15 seconds a command would play deleting that object.
