Which means that when you copied, you chose not to overwrite, but you chose to keep the original collision.
Open your ODST biped. Is that the collision that's being referenced?

The debug entry is stating that the collision is not working. Are you absolutely certain that you're downloading the ODST with fixed collision and overriding with that fixed collision?

we used it w/ the suicidal marine. worked fine the nonly thing though is when you crouch i dont think an ODST would curl into a ball if he saw a grunt.
