It would have been nice if you showed the outside, since it seems you made it 'more grassy.'
Otherwise, all I see is essentially SPv2 with different weapons that don't fit together at all. Really, using CMT's textures just makes it look like their campaign.
Learn how to make shaders, then just apply them to the original map and you can actually get a pretty nice result, mainly on the forerunner structures though.

Fix your pelican recorded animations.
Also, I don't think it'd be best to start with a spartan laser as your primary. Maybe as a secondary, if there are many vehicles, but having the player start with a lazer as their primary, with few enemy vehicles makes it seem like you're just throwing tags into the map.

Re-extract them using the Halo Tag Converter.
And throwing in more random tags to balance random tags does not constitute as balance ._.
Just because CMT did it does not mean it's right. My best tip for you is to see if you can beat the level without going below yellow health. If you, the map designer with full knowledge of what's inside the map, take enough damage to lower you to red health, then the map is most likely too difficult for the average Joe.

I did not just throw in some maps crummy globals, I spent time perfecting the hud to where it uses h3 hud, but cmt's health and shield bar so you don't lose track of your health and gamma, I didn't just throw in weapons for balance, I modified the ai's health, rate of fire, accuracy, shields etc., and vehicle health, as well as weapon damage, rarity, and minimum and maximum ammo, I'll work on it but I just want you guys to know I did not just "throw in weapons and call it balanced" also where are the peli anims found under? If necessary, move the flag that the pelican starts at. My a30 dropship animations were screwed, so I had to manually move it around.

Here is what needs to be fixed and/or added. Other than that, not half bad.
1. Fix the recorded anims for the peli's at the beginning. 2. Don't make the Spartan lazer as the primary in the beginning. 3. Fix the battle rifle sounds. (they kinda suck) 4. Add a couple of dogfights with some banshees. (just a suggestion)
