When I extract from CMT's Characters,I get this error:

Hmm, mine extracted them perfectly. Which version of the HEK+ are you using? The standalone one (the one I think made in 06 that needed no installation) or the one that installed itself with an installer?

Im using the NO Install one(The oldest one)
Probably why,but the newer versions wont work.

Yeah, the one I use is the one with the installer. You could try that. Otherwise, you might have to redownload HEK+. It's possible some file got corrupted. If it was the map file then HEK+ wouldn't even load it probably.

I tried to Download one of the new Hek+ and it worked...thanks for your help.
I am going to try it now.
