+ 2. Press ` (To the left of the 1 key) + 3. debug_camera_save + 4. debug_camera_load + 5. camera_control 0 =  |

Yes it does. Hold down mouse button and pull it backwards. Keep doing it a few times,then hold mouse button and press W,A,S,or D.
