I tried making a huge map with lots of ai (about 75) but it kept on failing to create cache file in tool.
Is there a limit for cache files in tool?
Is there a way i can bypass this stupid obstacle?
Would tool++ work with this??

yes when making maps there is a limit called tagspace. for multiplayer maps try tool_pro. i will try to give you a link later.

lol darn. I tried about 6 times but it said the cache file was 56megabytes over and it failed blah blah blah...

MP maps have a limit of 128 MB.
SP maps are limited only by the size of their BSP.

It depends on the BSP. For example, CMT's a10 was around 350 MB. Most of the maps I compile average between 200 to 250 MB.

So the more/less bsp the more space for tags?
