Ahoy me harteys.
I've been remodeling, re-proportioning, and re-UVing the hang 'em high bsp. It includes a hallway for the red base 'platform,' a bottomless pit, a lateral sniper hallway, ladders, and a bunch of other stuff.

The ladders will be host to a climbing and descending animation/script I have.

Fusion coils or plasma battery vehicles included.

Deployable cover/bubble shield?

Discuss.

This is me while unwrapping all of the tombstones at once.
It.. was... scary...

Agreed, but there is nothing wrong with making new maps.

Oh yeah. This thing.
The bsp is in game, but I didn't really see a point to this. I didn't add much model-wise, but I could now if I wanted.
The problem is this is in gmax. I still have gmax, even use it sometimes. I'll have to import the structure bsp again for 3ds max.

This seems like a good time to introduce an idea I've been waiting for the right moment to propose.
Since Valhalla, I've grown really tired of remaking the halo 3 maps. I was thinking of making more bsps like this, where a stock map is entirely remade with halo 3 architecture and bitmaps. I was thinking timberland made to feel like standoff or damnation made to look like gaurdian. Hang em high... meh?

That sounds good. I'd be interested in a Timberland remake.

Just export the model from Gmax as .obj, and thus reimport it into max.

I'll try that. I think I need an obj exporter, though.

Here's what I've done so far on Timberland. I was trying to make it look like... I guess forge world?
