Hi. Well, if you know biped animations, you know that the "alert" animation is what is usually used to give a biped or AI squad a lowered weapon-like appearance. The cyborg biped does have an alert animation, but it does not lower the weapon they are holding. Does anyone have a .model_animations tag for the cyborg that does lower your weapon?
