I dont know what to do! D: when i load halo ce it never loads...

-i am waiting for halo ce to load
-*waits a really long time*
-gets past 30 mins
-still loading....

why is this? its like its freezing....i need help badly....

T^T i am so sad.... T^T wah!

Things i tried:
-installing halo pc again...(deleted cuz i needed space)
-re installing halo ce
-taking out a few maps...
-left it for 30 mins or longer
-asking other people on xfire...

Ram issue , you might need to upgrade your PC.
Excess of programs running at the same time you're trying to loading CE.
Try running without Xfire on.
Try crying less so your PC won't hang from the excess liquid.

The last update of Halo added an emo intolerance. It may work and it may not, depending on the day.

take all of the maps you arnt playing out of your maps folder, including the stock maps. see if that works for you

I had a problem like this once,have you renamed a map, like a .map in your maps folder?

If you want to rename a .map,you have to rename the .scenario,and then build the scenario into a map by using tool,I accidentally renamed just the map,and that messes up halo,do what donut said and see if that works.

Should i re-install halo? because i took out the useless maps i dont play anymore...

Are you able to hear the menu music in the background?

in reference to gammas post, if u can hear the menu music(or button sounds) then turn AA off on ur video card( anti-aliasing) seems the new card drivers and cards and poor old halo don't agree.....now even in games the old hate the new...get off their digital lawn u new digital punks....anyways /random segway.... try turning off AA. u got ati card do it in catalyst control center. nvidia might have something like it. i don't know only had a nvida card for like a month :P

wat i did:

-re install halo ce
-download the maps again
-ta daa! im happy now!
