wondering if their are any maps like extinction ai or coldsnapwar but the ai actually come and attack your base or seek you out?

hahah nice. Best would be making some custom SP maps... not using existing BSPs

Try Desert_Floodwar, where the Flood attack a Marine outpost, or NoWayOut where Elite Banshees keep running airstrikes on a Marine Airbase.
