I noticed a quite a few people are having this problem, so I want to get around it. It seems for some of us, opening certain single player scenarios, including a10 and a30, and usually excluding b30, cause this mysterious "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION". I'm trying to find a way around it and make a clean single player tag-set to uploaded for anyone who has this problem.
So first off, what causes this problem and how do you fix it?

You're being denied access to the scenario, and to fix it, recursively re-extract the tags from Renamon's SP maps.

I've done that and I still get the same error. In fact, I created a new tags folder made only up of the tags extracted from single player (despite the globals because single player data is always left out).

I finally got through a full tag extraction with HTC without a crash and spent some time, fixing and extracting tags but now I get this: EXCEPTION halt in \halopc\haloce\source\tag_files\tag_groups.c,#3157: #-1 is not a valid object_function_block index in [#0,#4)
