Its starting to really piss me off now. Its rigged and ingame, but the elbows are only fux'd ingame. In 3ds max they are perfectly fine. I even imported some grunt animations into max and the elbows were still fine. To show you what I mean skip to 1:16 in this video http://www.xfire.com/video/24bf15/ I want to get the rig finished before I start doing materials and shaders.

Some vertexs and there weights arnt assigned right or rigged to something else.

Why is everybody so hopeless. Wow...its sooo simple its right in front of you. Oye look at wave of lags rigging tutorial wayyy back then. It got me started on to know how to rig.
