ok i am trying to make a billboard for a new map BUT... i dont know how to make the bitmap work so i can compile it the right way HELP!?

ok then when i make the model what would the X Y Z be? and when i compile it what would i put the things as in guerilla?

A models pivot should be at the origin, so (0,0,0).
