Activate devmode with a devmode app (theres some on this site for 1.09) then hit the tilde key an type debug_camera_save then debug_camera_load and you can fly around. I am unsure if theres an app that does that solely with a hotkey, but if not this is the way around. Also to go back into first person, type camera_control 0.

1.09 really ruined almost every app. i dont think anything works anymore. as far as i know, the only option is to do what rooster said.

It did indeed. The Version Changer makes the original dev by bitterbanna work. I tried the debug cam, its just like the flycam except... with... more features? lol.
