Hey there! I am wondering if it is even possible to extract voice files (Like Dialog) from Halo CE. Like if i wanted to use Echo 419 (AKA Forehammer) voice...how do i do that? Is it even possible to convert a voice file in Halo CE format into a MP3 format?

Play the sound tag in Guerilla while recording in Audacity.
