Okay, I just compiled my map in tool, everything went fine,
bitmaps got compiled and the bsp got compiled.
I opened it up in sapien, and for some reason, the sky is there but my bsp isn't... its just a sky.

Hmm.. I looked around, but did not see my bsp. I am probably just going to try to re-tool it, but I'll move the frame so its close incase that is the problem.

I ran radiosity (lightmaps right?) and then I tested my map, and still nothing..

If all you see is the sky, that means you didn't run radiosity. Or your camera failed to teleport into the BSP (there would be an error message if that happens).

I ran radiosity, well heres what I did:
I made my map, then used the listener and grabbed it.
I put the bitmaps into the bitmaps folder and .jms into models folder.
I then deleted the extra stuff, and in tool I compiled my structure, then I compiled my bitmaps, and I ran lightmapping 1 1 0.6, It said it worked fine, but I still can't see my map anywhere. Oh wait, It does say I could not be teleported to starting bsp, just saw it now. What do I do about that?

You using stock shaders (bitmaps)?

Yes, I am using cliff rock and grass

Thanks for the help so far.. this is kinda frustrating for me because I have made maps before with no problem.

You don't need to re run the bitmaps if your using stock ones. Just as long as the shader names are right. Have you tried moving around the map? Try moving up.

Yeah..still doesn't work, I made a whole new map too, and tried it again, but still nothing..

Nvm, Thanks guys, I fixed it.. lol I did the lightmaps wrong. Where it said BSP index I typed 1 for some reason..
Anyways incase anyone has the same problem.. for lightmaps type:
levels\map\map map 0 0.9 (from 0.1-1)

u hit the ~ key then u type "radiosity_quality (0 or 1 here)" then type "radiosity_start" now it should kinda freeze then 3 sets of numbers should appear in the top left and they'll count down when they reach 0 u type radiosity_save and the u should see your map

Ugh!! Now when I tried to make a new map, it says Error! when I try to export it to listener.. the error is:
Unknown Property: "name" in undefined.

Woohoo!! Lol I fixed my own problem again!
Okay for some reason I had material numbers 1-5, except I didnt make a material for 2, so it didnt work. I made one for material number 2 and it worked..

Crap, Now I have yet another problem, the map in sapien doesnt have bitmaps?

go into the shader tag with gorrilla and under base map click the button with the ... in it and find the bitmap then try it again
