i was thinking of making a new helicopter-like vehicle but i dont know how to, its a good design (i drew it etc. so i wouldnt forget) and i thought that somebody might like to use it in a map, if your interested, email me and ill email you a sketch of it. (timdabombsker@yahoo.com.au)

You don't need the HEK to model, but you do need a little-less-than-adequate PC to have a modeling program compatible with Halo. I'm pretty sure you can make a model in something other than 3DS Max or gmax and get it in Halo, though.
