that's exactly what it looks like in sapien for me, but it's normal in-game...guess you've got the reverse.
rerun lightmaps, if that doesn't work undo any recent changes to your video card settings.

reran radiosity and changed the sky tag about ten times. No difference. I'm not sure, but it may have something to do with my timberland.bitmap. Is this true, or is there something else I should do?

Uninstalling doesn't delete tags that weren't in the premade set. So, unless you have all your mods on the original tags, nothing would really be missing save maybe custom particles from Mythril and Ifafudi.
