It takes a lot of time and effort to remove phantom BSP since it's unlinked to anything in the actual collision BSP. They are separate entity's created by coplanar angles that differ by very small amounts (usually something like 0.0001). I spent forever researching and developing a way to find and offset them but there is no easy way to remove them completely. We removed at least 30 of them that we found but there are still many smaller ones that we just didn't bother to fix. Also there are a lot more than just 2 secret messages. Inferno Rules You.
