For a simple biped, just add the biped into the pallete, and in the hierarchy view, mission>objects>units>bipeds. Select it. Then, right click in Game view to put down a marker. In the properties view, set what kind of biped you want (cyborg). Save the map, and compile.

object_create_anew [NAME OF BIPED]
Replace [NAME OF BIPED] with the name of the biped. The biped MUST be added into the map BEFORE the map was created.

They make the projectile's detonation effect spawn a biped.
