Ok uhm I have been looking for Halo 3 maps like guardian and the pit, I suppose nobody has even thought to make these maps, but if anyone has any information about some sort of project where someone is building Halo 3 Maps for Custom Edition, please let me know.

Thanks for the info, I look forward to your friend's project finishing up. as for H3MT they'r good, but they take too long.

They take too long because they go for quality. You can't possibly expect to throw together a map that resembles Halo 3 quality in any way within a short time period. Believe me, I tried and it's quite a challenge without a dedicated team. You may be more successful in trying to recruit people to help you make the Halo 3 maps you want.
