which part of a weapon tag do you change the rate of fire? i can change the accuracy etc. but i cant find the rate of fire. D: is it in the firing_effect?

It's in the .weapon tag. Under "Triggers" and then firing. Change the rounds per second value, put in the same number if you don't want the rate of fire to speed up. Acceleration time determines how fast it takes for the weapon to go from rof value 1 to rof value 2, and so id the deceleration, but from rof value 2 to rof value 1.
