For team starting location which team is which? (Red = 0 and Blue = 1) or is it something else?

Also a Slayer starting point is the same as Teamslayer starting point right?

Now if I make a Team game yet only have four spots with team indexes of 1, Blue Players can only spawn in those four spots?
