Well this is a beta rig to test how im gonna find the best way of setting things up for my new h2 bipeds so please dont waste ur time on the biped himself and Im getting so much better at unwrapping models now thats a plus :P But a common problem I have with character animations is they loop there animations, I gave tartarus a left and right turn animtions but when he goes to turn as seen in the video he just keeps playing the animation,though he has a move foward animation which he used to get to the spot his in,in the video? I must be missing something when it comes to 3rd person animations for halo characters? Any suggestions? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmYtdZVsdpA

Spazz syndrome. Don't encourage it.
It seems he doesn't have a proper moving positions in the ai but I could be wrong. Nvm I re-read your post so there's no ai on him lol; (tired much lol) idk much about animations but I am wondering if it compiled right. Edited by Bloody Jabs on Sep 12, 2009 at 12:23 AM

You guys arent helping.
Maybe the animations didnt compile correctly. Any errors upon compiling?

when does the spazz occur? i.e, when he tries to move, turn, shoot, spawn, or what? you will find the error there, most likley...

I use CAD animation from z team and no theres no errors in the compiling of the animations,I could release new bipeds to the community but the animations are the problem.
The problem is not the animation itself he keeps playing the turn animation repeatly when he turns. Im wondering do u have to animate a certain way like u have to with gun turrents you know set key frames not sure no one ever lets me know?
