You know, you could tell us what you mean that it "sucks". No version of HEK+ "sucks". I've used both the original HEK+, and the one updated after 2006, and neither of them "suck". If we don't know what you mean by "it sucks", then we can't help you. Does it freeze when you open a menu? Does it not show the tag extraction list? Are the buttons the wrong color? Are we "magically supposed" to know what you mean by it "sucks"?

Right click the shortcut, click properties. Compatibility tab. Disable desktop composition. All HEK+ versions and HTC will do that to you on a computer with the Aero theme.

kay I got hek plus to work,tryed to rip the brute pr from hayabusa ruined,but it's missing
the firing effect the fp model fp anims hud interface and pickup sound so,am I screwed? |

I'm assuming you only ripped the .weapon tag, and not everything. Do either a recursive extract, or rip everything from the map. If you just rip the .weapon tag, of course you'll be missing a lot of stuff.

i didn't just rip the .weapon
any way,I ripped the whole map and now it works but after I put it in sapien how do I make sure it'll show up? |

Create a new item collection in Guerilla. In Sapien, add it in under Netgame Equipment.
