use game cam, you have to pay for it, BUT, the file sizes are way small

Use xfire. It really simple to use. And mostly everyone here has it.

Xfire < Full FRAPS for me. Xfire's quality is bad, and the frames I get aren't too good with sound on, where as FRAPS keeps it steady no matter what, sound or not.

I shot 7 min with Fraps and it came out to 3GB. not good. :/
using xfire is pointless if you care one cent about video quality.

7 year old PC, 1 GB Ram, umm I think Pentium 4 processor, Nvidia GeForce 5200 FX 128 MB AGP GFX Card...
