I can't extract any tags from it, I'm using 64 bit vista, please help.

Elaborate what's not working.
Can you open HEK+ at all? Can you use the menu's? Can you open maps? Can't you extract at all or do you just don't see the output? Because Windows 7 extracts them elsewhere |

It doesn't extract and there's no output. |
