no, cmt got the menu stuff, they use it in spv2,

CMT is completely redoing their pause menu, and they aren't using the Delta Halo UI.

When snafubar sends me the optimized BSP for harbinger then I will unwrap it and it will be added to the delta halo UI and it will (probably) be released.
