hey all, i was wondering, which is the right way to put a vehicle into a map in sapien? ive tried a couple times, even put them to 'all gametypes' and they still dont show up... most weapons dont appear either. only pistols and frag grenades spawn...

For vehicles, you have to replace an existing vehicle in tags\globals\globals.globals.

For weapons and powerups (grenades included), you have to create / use an existing item collection.

maybe so, but does this apply when using the original weapons? also, is there a way to make sapien NOT move something i pick up because if i pick up something, it jumps over like 10 feet left...

You could move the object by editing the x y z coordinates manually in the properties pane.
