it means your scorpion tags are corrupted. i say this because of the [#0,#4]. find a diff map, and extract a WORKING scorpion. or if you've already decomp'd a map, take it's tank tags and replace the ones that you are trying to use. i'm sure that'll work

No. The reason why the scorpion tags could possibly be corrupted, is if you overwrote them by extracting other ones with HEK+. HEK+ corrupts certain tags when extracting, such as the monitor animations, and the scorpion. Download these: http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=1628, and overwrite your old ones with them.
