ok so i now have a legit copy of halo 2 for vista. it is brand new. and no matter how many times i try i can not get into the 6th level. i watch the cutscene for the arbiter and after he touches the armor my game freezes my computer how do i get around this and get on with the game????????

I don't even have H2 vista,but (if its a disk) it might be scrached.

just because i play halo doesnt mean im that smart. i have no clue what overclocking means.

actually i had a very similar problem, when i contacted microsoft they told me that more than likely it was my video card and my processor, the problem was that my video card and my processor(same as urs) couldnt handle the graphics of certain points, i also had it crash at the beginning of the arbiter lvl and once in metropolis due to the combination of graphics and processing power. now i have a much better desktop, (3ghz proc, 4gb ram, 512mb graphics card) and it runs perfectly sorry to tell ya but i am pretty sure its your pc

That nener happend to me,
But I found on some other fourum somewhere that they had the same problem, Ill edit this post when i find the site.
