how do i move vehicles or objects up or down without pussing them up on a wall so that like they are on a base or something?

You can individually select the arrow of the xyz arrows box in the middle of the vehicle to move it in a fixed direction |

no like pick it up and move things like on a base or a wall etc

in the tool window deselect gravity and do wat other guy said.
its wat i do along with hitting space bar to spawn it at camera |

Same as how you place the Ranger's firing positions - set the Z values.
