msxmlenu.msi- this folder recently appeared in my halo folder for no reason is it a virus or sumthing? i also recently started getting blue screen stop errors so i deleted hek(which i installed a few days before) but i kept getting them. then i noticed msxmlenu.msi and it wasnt there after i installed HEK and it was in the Halo folder not Halo ce folder
should I delete it?

try it, you can allways restore/system restore or re-install CE if it fails.

should I delete it? You probably moved it from the Redist folder. Its the installerfor what lets you see text in-game - The "has been kileld by" and "commited sucide" stuff.

It's just the installer file I think. If you installed something, then deleted the installer file, you can still use what you installed.
