okay I got a new computer downloaded halo and everything,but I forget how to use winrar to download halo ce maps.help plz

Why do you need WinRar? You do know that Windows Explorer can open zip files, right? Just download them, and double click them. They'll open up.

Google TugZip, It's free and IMO better than WinZip/Winrar. There used to be a stickied thread about it around here somewhere, but I guess it was either un-stickied or deleted.

You don't need to download any external programs. Any Windows OS above NT can open zips, by just double clicking them.

Yes, but for other files that windows can't open by itself, TugZip is very useful.

I use 7-zip for those. I prefer the .7z file compression system above all others.

as a matter of fact no,I did not know that all I know is when I clik download on a map and click open,nothing happens,I sat for five minutes and still nothing happened (it did however at top of my screen show the little circley thingy that means it's loading and said connecting) so I waited but nothing happened.

on my other comp I clik open and download the map

Just click save, download it to a folder somewhere, then double click on the zip file to open it.
