You probably installed new OS and you are playing Halo CE. But you can't see/write text ? ok
The problem is that you are missing the XML Core Services. Download it from here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/6/5/9657c01e-107f-409c-baac-7d249561629c/msxml.msi And install it. I reccomend you to restart your PC. Now youre done ! Enjoy |

That tutorial requires a file from the CD. I've been missing my CD for a while, personally.

actually in the halo ce root directory go to the redists folder and install msxmlenu and that's it
