I'm new to the Halo CE modding community, and having a bit of trouble. Whenever I try to install HEK+, it says I need the .NET framework 1.1.4322. I have 3.5! What is the problem? Please help! >.<

Do you use vista?EDIT: Try downloading the oldest one.That one works for me and the others say i need that too...I use vista.
