Read the HEK tutorial. You need to run radiosity.

I did. I ran radiosity in tool and it's still black.

Move your camera around, make sure your not just under the level.
Did you let tool finish?
See if your sky tag is set up properly.
Are the materials on your map set up right? Are they dark grey or white?

A little more information would help.

If you see this, you must be in an old topic

Did you set up the shadersfor your textures, making sure they have the correct base map?

Ok I remade the BSP and converted it to a scenario file, when I run radiosity I get " error: degenerate triangle (or triangle with bad uvs) see blue in error geometry.

It means one of the textures is all weird. Import the WRL file, uncheck all the boxes and look for all the blue. Then re-UV those parts of the map then run it in tool again.
