Well Im working on a new biped (Tar-Tar) :) For my custom H2 Hammer I got a few of the limps made but Im having trouble when it comes to his torso.... Not sure the easiest way to form it???? those toes need fixing and the back of the knee is too pointy those are my opinions

Yes I know this is just a rough model make the setup thin add the details... I know the toes have rounded look I will get that Im just gonna do that later...

Oh thanks Im in the airforce and dont spend much time on all this but I do like working on it like a hobby or something to do when your bored LOL Just keep working on your biped it will get better just maybe not as fast as you want....
PS:This is in gmax and trust me 3dsmax is alot easier better tools with it...I used a trial version on my other works LOL

btw, check around halomaps -there is a rigged brute model but i s'pose you don't have 3ds

PS:This is sparta and trust me 3dsmax is alot easier better tools with it...I used a trial version on my other works LOL fxt Also this is a good character modeling tutorial: http://www.highend3d.com/maya/tutorials/character/300-1.html It uses Maya, but you should be able to adapt it for use in Gmax or 3ds Max. Modeling a biped is very difficult, so having a tutorial to reference is not a bad idea. And MissingSpartan7, that comment about "*sad for you*" did not exactly show you had developed social skills. Here is a .3ds of the same model: http://files.filefront.com/rigged+brutezip/;13818231;/fileinfo.html Just import the .3ds into gmax by clicking on "file", then "import." LOL It does look like gumby...:) Yeah that also cuz of that color and the added muscle indenstions on the legs: thanks grunt from halo for informative post and helpful I can model weapons pretty well and animate well to but this is my first biped.
Hey I finished up my biped thanks for the help but... when I try to export it after I rigged it to some bones: It says Unknown property "count" in Bone: bip01 head???? What the hells that mean??????????????? Edited by DarkLord0912 on May 29, 2009 at 01:20 AM
