We are Microsoft, Resistance is Futile

Hey there! I am Making a Halo CE Campaign Remake. I need some Help with a couple of things like: Editing Cut Scenes (Weather and Charterer Sprites or Costumes), Changing Ground Tirane bitmaps (or Textures) and Last But not Least... Changing the Level Music to me own Music. First of all: I would Like to Change the Weather in the Halo CE Campaign Cut Scenes (Like the one at the Beginning of A30 (or "Halo") to maybe Rain or Snow (or something like that). Then i would also like to change the things that people Wear in the Cut Scenes (like changing what kind of Armor Master Chief is Wearing in the scenes). and then the last thing i would like to change is what kind of ground texture you see in the level (like to Snow or Dirt or Grass, to something of that extent).

Thanks for all the Help the Members of Halomaps Forums have been giving me overs the past couple of years! I hope to Release the Halo CE Campaign Remake soon! But i need the Help for these issues to get it finished. Thanks Again

For the weather, I'm pretty sure it has to do with particle systems. Someone else can expand on this.

For changing the biped in cutscenes, you must have a biped that uses the special cinematic model animations. So, find the cinematic biped used in the original campaign, and change the gbxmodel to the one you want to use. No, you can't use a marine, because the marine and the spartan have different bones, or something like that, so that the model animations won't work.

As for changing the music, you need to convert your music to a .sound file through tool, and create a sound looping for it. Then, in the level's scripts (yes, scripting), change the sound_looping_start commands to the music that you want to run. Do the same for sound_looping_stop.

For the ground terrain, I think you have to change the level's shaders. Again, I'm not sure. Someone else can expand on this.

That is enough detail. Open up the biped, save it as something else, and change it to the model_animations of the cinematic cyborg. Then, replace all the cinematic cyborgs in the entire campaign, with your new biped. Of course, if it doesn't use the cyborg's bones, then the animation graph won't work, and you can't use it.
