scratch that first issue.

To make a weapon jerk when you fire, that's part of the firing animation. To make the camera jerk when the weapon is fired, open up the weapon tag. Scroll to the bottom. There's something called "Trigger damage" or something like that. That's how much the weapon recoils. Create or use an existing damage effect for that.
