the error is, there isn't an error. there's no list of what happned, no exported content, no nothing. i even went back to the verry basic H2 tutorial thing wich is just a box. it shouldn't have any errors, right, well tool just dosn't do anything.

i've tryed the halo 2 map editor launcher to try the user interface thing, it poped ut the command prompt then exited before it would do anything. i used cmd thing going to H2tool.exe and to the tool.exe from the unlocked H2EK i found. these will give me errors when i don't have my map in a structure folder error thing but after i fix it it won't say anything. and i still don't get my output files and stuff.

Is there anybody who can help me? please?????

There are a few things you'd want to check out. I'd start with making sure your b_levelroot is attached correctly. And make sure all of your shaders are used properly. Scale is also something you may want to look at.

to try just the tool thing i followed the bundled, really simple, tutorial for making the level and exporting it.

I know i have the b_levelroot attached correctly and about the shaders, if those are the textures that it has you put on the level (i.e. +sky, and that other one) then i have that one too.

and what about the scale? the scale of what, the level? i'm confidant i have that one right.

although, could it be the exporter i'm using? the bungie exporter that came with it didn't work with 3ds max 09 so i used the gmax exporter which also works with 3ds max.
