Is there a back-story for these guys, or are they random characters, as theys eem to be making a bigger appearence now. Any names even?

Any names even? Corporal Yang was named in that video and also in the Christmas special. The other two are Hunter and Justin. Hunter plays a role in the forthcomming 5th season of the HCEC videos as do Johnston and Taylor. This story is before season 5 begins and is the back story for Johnston and Taylor.
