Woot. Ok. Some of you might have heard about my Extinction style SP. That one failed, epicly due to tagspace. I hate Halo CE's engine =| So I started working on a new SP, doomed Assault: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnKaYAe923M....until my HEK somehow corrupted. I downloaded a HUGE amount of custom stuff and ovverwrote a lot of old and perhaps important stuff. Then Sapien refused to open any map at all. In the confusion, I deleted and overwrote a lot of my custom tags to make Sapien work. Eventually I reinstalled HEK. Now it works. But my custom tags are still messed up. I'm working on fixing them, but in the meantime I'm making a completely classic SP: http://www.xfire.com/video/a7556/Basically, its a completely classic SP, using the BSPs of Dmnation and Gephyrophoia (yes, it says Chill out and Portent, but I found overlapping BSP issues with those) Video of Gephyrophobia part will come soon. It looks pretty good. Better than any other SP's that have been released in a while.
Only things I would edit would be,
The cutscenes, (Have them flow through the map. Not stop and go, also 0:29 the camera sits there for a few seconds staring at the ground.)
Also I would edit the dropships, the pelicans turn at the exact same time and the covenant ship was inside and too low to the ground.

Update: Finished Gephyrophobia bridge battle (the skeleton of that, actually).
How does facing an army of Covenant consisting of 3 Wraiths, 5 or so Ghosts, lots of shades, a few infantry, and 2 Hunters sound to you? (Don't worry, they'll all be spread out over the bridge. And trust me, the bridge is darned long. Go play Gephyrophobia for yourself)

Put in some marine support. Maybe Marine-driven scorpions, or marines with rocket launchers, to help provide heavy-weapon support.
