Ok im trying to have multiple bipeds that u spawn with in multiplayer(like u spawn a grunt then u die,next u respawn as an elite) can anyone give me step by step on how to do that?

Keep all your questions in one topic. And to do this, it requires biped permutations. Of course, using that method, you don't know what you're going to spawn as.

You don't "get" biped permutations. You make them in Guerilla. This isn't something that I'm very familiar with, so wait for someone else to help.

I started a jackal/marine and an elite/cyborg. It's unfinished, possibly indefinately, because it's freakin complicated, man - the characters are different enough that they can't share the same nodes, so their nodes need to be children of a new root node. This complicates animation importing. i haven't quite wrapped my brain around it yet. those 2 are paired like so because they're about the same size and so will fit the same passages, seats, etc.
