Everytime I try to load a map with Sapien, it opens, stays there for a while, then it closes suddenly.Why Is This Happening??? Someone please help!!!

You're missing tags from the Scarab and plasma grenade. Rip the tags for plasma grenades from any default map, and you'll have to find a map that has the scarab (i.e., Downflow) to rip those tags from.

Also, this should be in the Technical / Map Design forum, since it has to do with HEK.
